Refund and Return Policy

If you purchased a product from our website and are not happy with it, you may return it within 30 days from the date of your purchase and must meet the following conditions:

  • Product must be unused for hygiene purposes
  • Product must be in its original packaging using equal or more protection when the product was received.
  • Proof of Purchase & all accessories must be included in new condition and with its original wrapping. If any accessories are missing or the packaging is damaged a fee will be deducted from the refund
  • You will be charged a 10% restocking fee. This fee pays for our selling fees that are not refunded to us upon your refund.
  • Once we receive your item(s) our team will inspect the return items, if qualified we will issue a refund, less the shipping cost and any taxes.
  • The customers are responsible for all shipping cost & custom fees

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please follow these steps:

  • Immediate Reporting: Report any damage or defects within 7 days of delivery.
  • Proof of Damage: Provide photographs of the damaged item and packaging.
  • Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence.
  • Resolution: We will assess the situation and, if the damage or defect is confirmed, arrange for the return of the damaged item. A new unit will be sent as a replacement.
